Join Community School of the Arts for its tenth annual Children’s Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday, April 26^th and 27^th, on Camden Street in the Historic South End!

This year’s festival will transform Camden Street into an interactive avenue of the arts, inviting children and families to enjoy music and the visual arts, all at no cost.  Activities will include six preschool arts stations offering everything from painting and sculpting to drawing and spin art, an artist’s alley with six types of painting for young explorers, painting stations for families to create their own works of art, student and faculty performances, and wonderful raffle prizes for the whole family.

As part of the Festival, the School needs volunteers to help our young guests create wonderful artwork of their own.  If you would like to help us offer the arts free to hundreds of area children, and you’re available for one shift on either April 26^th or 27^th, please visit www.handsoncharlotte.org and check out the School’s request for volunteers.  Thank you!
