PROGRAMS Community School of the Arts was founded on the belief that arts education should be accessible to students regardless of their financial means. As part of that core conviction, the School provides ArtsReach programs at no charge to students. We currently offer these grant-funded programs at Seigle Avenue Partners, Bethlehem Center, Charlotte Emergency Housing, and CMS after-school programs in collaboration with Greater Enrichment. On any given day, students at these partner venues take piano, chorus and visual arts classes that develop their creative, academic and social skills. Serving fragile communities is an essential part of the School’s mission, and the School develops and launches new Arts Reach programs that are responsive to student needs and beneficial to the communities they serve. |
