chamber ensemble (middle and high school)

description
classPageRule

This new CSA class is dedicated to learning string chamber music.  Taught by Judy Meister, it will focus on aspects of being a good musician: playing in tune, performing in an ensemble without a conductor, and learning the repertoire for string chamber ensembles.  Students should demonstrate adequate reading skills and have experience playing out of first position.  Skills required for chamber music will develop each student's musicianship, keeping them involved in music for a lifetime.  All new students are required to audition on February 16.

Fall 2012 registration will begin in July.  Please check back then!
