Guitar Instructor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality arts education by teaching weekly private guitar lessons to students of all ages. Additional opportunities to teach group classes to young beginners.
- Prepare students for recitals, festivals and other performances.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with students, families and colleagues.
- Be an active member of the school’s educational program with creative and dedicated expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in music required.
- Evidence of outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Evidence of strong teaching skills and demonstrable student progress.
- Standard background checks and references required.
