musical beginnings (ages 3 to 5)

description

classPageRule
An upbeat, fast-paced way to introduce young children to music basics through creative play and fun. Classes include 45 minutes of music, movement, singing and instrument exploration. We will play rhythm instruments and enjoy hands-on sessions with violin, flute, piano and unusual instruments to encourage interest in future musical studies. As a foundation for lifelong musical learning, we will introduce music notation, rhythm and tonal patterns, and dynamics. Classes include parents and caregivers and invite all to a joyful process as we learn together! Taught by Pam Greenwood.

Fall 2012 registration will begin in July.  Please check back then!
